The workshop aims to emerge imagination and creativity in order to invent, devise and retell stories of a city – either familiar or strange. It will focus on techniques of devising stories, story telling, forum techniques and other theatre forms of creating a staged story. The participants will be working in emsemble or smaller groups, duos and solos in order to share ideas, cultural backround (songs, dances, mother languages) and individual stories that relate to site specific locations in the city. At the end we will create a city from the past, a city that narrates all cities and recalls lots of individual experience and a city of the future where things co exist and move together.
